Dear VHES Families,

We are pleased to share that based on the responses we received from our BASES (Before and After School Extended Services) Program survey, VHES will be offering the BASES program for the 2016/17 school year.

As you can imagine there are a number of logistical items to put into place to ensure the program is up and running for the start of school.

Registration opens June 27, 2016 for families who are planning to enroll in VHES BASES.  All BASES site programs are first come, first served until we reach capacity.  If we reach capacity, a waitlist will be created.

So, time is of the essence, please make your plans to enroll today by following these steps.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Call the BASES Program Office, Kim Haupt, Program Technician (951) 506-7061 to schedule your registration appointment.  Please NO walk in’s.  The office staff is out assisting at the summer program sites and we don’t want to miss you.

  2. Visit the BASES website and review the information on rates via the following link: http://childcare-tvusd-ca.schoolloop.com/BASES_Rates

  3. Complete a “registration packet” for each child located at the bottom of the BASES forms webpage:  http://childcare-tvusd-ca.schoolloop.com/BASES_Forms - Print your completed packet

  4. At your appointment, you will need: your completed registration packet and the required $50 deposit (per child).  The BASES Program Office is located at: TVUSD’s District Office, 31350 Rancho Vista Rd, Building #22.
