Children typically forget some of what they learned during the school year if they don't engage in learning activities over the summer. This is particularly true in math. A study by researchers at the University of Missouri shows that on average, students lost about 2.6 months of math learning over the summer. You can help your child avoid the "Summer Brain Drain" by employing some easy to use strategies.

The Temecula Public Library in partnership with TVUSD is offering Free tutoring for all students in K-12. Tutoring is offered M, T, W, Th form 3-6 and Sun from 1-5. The program is supervised by a credentialed teacher and is support by H.S. students. This program is funded by the LCAP.
