Dear VHES Families,

We are pleased to share that based on the responses we received from our BASES (Before and After School Extended Services) Program survey, VHES will be offering the BASES program for the 2016/17 school year.  

As you can imagine there are a number of logistical items to put into place to ensure the program is up and running for the start of school.

Registration opens June 27, 2016 for families who are planning to enroll in VHES BASES.  All BASES site programs are first come, first served until we reach capacity.  If we reach capacity, a waitlist will be created.

So, time is of the essence, please make your plans to enroll today by following these steps.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Call the BASES Program Office, Kim Haupt, Program Technician (951) 506-7061 to schedule your registration appointment.  Please NO walk in’s.  The office staff is out assisting at the summer program sites and we don’t want to miss you.

  2. Visit the BASES website and review the information on rates via the following link: http://childcare-tvusd-ca.schoolloop.com/BASES_Rates

  3. Complete a “registration packet” for each child located at the bottom of the BASES forms webpage:  http://childcare-tvusd-ca.schoolloop.com/BASES_Forms - Print your completed packet

  4. At your appointment, you will need: your completed registration packet and the required $50 deposit (per child).  The BASES Program Office is located at: TVUSD’s District Office, 31350 Rancho Vista Rd, Building #22.

The Temecula Public Library in partnership with TVUSD is offering Free tutoring for all students in K-12. Tutoring is offered M, T, W, Th form 3-6 and Sun from 1-5. The program is supervised by a credentialed teacher and is support by H.S. students. This program is funded by the LCAP.



2016/17 Student Enrollment


Students brand new to TVUSD must complete the enrollment process through the Centralized Enrollment Center.

Parents of returning TVUSD students, including those transitioning from schools within TVUSD, will have access to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on July 25, 2016.  An email will be sent to returning parents announcing the opening of the portal. 


The WelConnect app connects families to available resources and support programs provided by TVUSD and the surrounding community, and the US military.  It's available to download on your device from the Apple iTunes Store, or Google Play for Android. Click here to download.
